RFP – City of Greeley – Multimodal Connectivity & Urban Renewal Activity Study
The City of Greeley is seeking qualified consulting teams to evaluate and develop multimodal transportation and connectivity strategies within a defined study area.
The study will:
- Assess existing conditions
- Identify barriers to mobility and access
- Develop implementable design concepts
- Provide cost frameworks and implementation strategies
This effort will integrate transportation, land use, and economic development with a focus on:
- Mitigating physical barriers and community isolation
- Increased workforce access to existing and future primary jobs within the district
- Facilitating meaningful revitalization and reinvestment within the district
- Beautifying key district corridors
- Creating multi-modal connections to UNC and downtown
- Introducing needed transit access to the district
