WHAT ADVISORY SERVICES CAN DOWNTOWN COLORADO, INC. PROVIDE?
As an enhanced benefit for DCI Members, Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) coordinates advisory panel services, educational events, workshops and summits which are organized to best serve the needs of our communities. Advisory services range from remote downtown coaching and vitality checks to a two-day downtown assessment yielding a three-five year action plan. DCI is pleased to work hands-on with downtown leadership to develop an engaging approach to downtown, whether establishing a financing mechanism, orienting board members, or garnering community input and building awareness. DCI's teams consist of DCI Member Experts, Consultants, and Staff who specialize in the areas of focus as designated by the community. From each visit, DCI puts together a report or case study to assist communities in moving forward with goals.

TRAINING + EVENT OPPORTUNITIES
- Facilitated Workshops + Retreats to assist in shaping vision, training leaders, and planning for succession.
- Tailor-Made Educational Content to help your community find solutions to downtown challenges.
- Public-Private Financing Partnerships (BID, DDA, URA) 101 Workshops to expand the understanding of the tools available to drive downtown improvements + programming.
NETWORKING + PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
- Monthly Advisory + Coaching Calls to provide your local champions with an adjunct team to share ideas, connect to resources, and access funds and partnership.
- Engagement + Outreach Efforts through place-based activation.
- Business Enhancement Programs to establish stronger public-private partnership to support the business community.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
- Downtown Assessments + Action Plans to move plans forward and organize teams for implementation.
- Design + Planning Assistance to capture the preliminary ideas for physical enhancements to be used for seeking funding and support for a full design process.
- Establishing + Managing Downtown Organizations + Financing to guide your local process for formation, training, and strategy with non-profits, Business Improvement Districts, Downtown Development Authorities, Urban Renewal Authorities, etc.
- Plan of Development + Downtown Strategy Approaches to shape the vision for downtown initiatives.
- Affordable Housing Support to develop strategies, partnerships, and financing
