DCI has a comprehensive library of Brownfield resources, trainings, and connections. We also curate resources from our partners to share templates, tools, and guides that will expand your capacity to Get It Done!
In addition to this resource page, DCI's Colorado Challenge Accelerator Program is a technical assistance program that provides extended resources for redevelopment of opportunity sites and brownfields in your downtown through 1-on-1 support, community capacity tracking, webinars, and workshops.
CDPHE Launches New Online Applications for 1306 Cleanup Grants
April 30, 2025 - CDPHE is excited to announce the launch of new online applications for its 1306 Brownfields Cleanup Grant Program. The updated application system offers a more streamlined, user-friendly process designed to improve access and efficiency for communities seeking funding to clean up contaminated properties. As part of this update, the 1306 program is also returning to a set application window, allowing CDPHE to better coordinate funding decisions and maximize program impact. Despite this shift, CDPHE will continue to accept both the new online applications and the previous application format throughout 2025 to ensure a smooth transition for all applicants. For more information about the 1306 Cleanup Grant Program, application deadlines, and to access the new online forms, please contact Kyle Sandor at [email protected].us or visit https://cdphe.colorado.gov/hm/
