DCI Community Capacity Assessment

Downtown Colorado, Inc. offers our Community Capacity Assessment tool to help communities and their stakeholders measure their local perspectives on their local economic development capacity. This form is designed to be taken repeatedly over time, and by a broad cross-section of community members interested in economic development. We want to thank the Colorado State University (CSU) Regional Economic Development Institute, CSU Office of Engagement and Extension, and the Kansas State University Technical Assistance to Brownfields Center for their support in the production of this assessment.
