Downtown Organizations to Manage Your District: The Alphabet Soup of BID, DDA, URA can be confusing when you are considering the best tool to support downtown. Downtown Colorado, Inc. was created in the early 80s to help communities identify the tool for them AND establish a peer network to support the BIDs, DDAs, and URAs that already exist.

Join DCI for our first Thursday call of 2021, as we touch base on how our districts are managing the continued pandemic and social distancing and we dive into the purpose, governance and financing, and the ways these tools can support your downtown and small business.

Learning Lessons:
