This Downtown Institute will focus on three aspects of community development critical to the success of rural communities: organizational structures and resources, character and authenticity in the community brand, and business retention and attraction for downtown. Speakers will focus on best practices in these areas, and on creating action steps and strategies for improvement in your community.
