Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations that facilitate solutions addressing commercial affordability challenges experienced by Denver’s small businesses with a focus on historically underserved businesses with legacy characteristics and neighborhoods that may experience more severe economic challenges.

Funded with $10 million in American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the U.S. Treasury, this initiative will distribute performance-based awards to one or more organizations for the implementation of creative strategies that address commercial affordability challenges through transformational real estate initiatives and associated capacity building, technical assistance and wraparound services.
