DCI and Downtown Merchants' Association of Castle Rock are proud to partner to bring Barb Wold to our Colorado business community. Step-up the Customer Experience and Journey Customer experience (CX) is the sum of all experiences at various touch points a customer has with a supplier of goods and/or services over the duration of their relationship with that supplier. The sales and customer service experience begins when a customer picks up the phone or walks in the door. Customers scrutinize how they are treated after the sale as much as they evaluate a business while making the decision to buy. They are closely watching how every situation is handled, especially the difficult ones.
Learning objectives include:
Business owners, local leaders, and all those with a passion for community development are invited to a workshop dedicated to collaborative marketing, entrepreneurship and leveraging community resources. Learn from experts working at a statewide level, and craft and action plan for next steps for collaborative business development for the future of Hot Sulphur Springs.
