The Bottom Line Series dentifies techniques to better understand the bottom line of potential parter groups, what affects their decision-making, and how best to work with them – not against them. The Developer's Bottom Line discussion is for those redevelopment practitioners who must be able to read, understand, and analyze a developer’s pro forma financial projections and assumptions. This discussion provides the attendee with an understanding of the purposes of development pro formas and their major components; the role of financial projections in the redevelopment process; and an understanding of the significance of the type of development entity and its return and risk profiles.
