Congress for the New Urbanism Colorado (CNU) and Downtown Colorado, Inc. (DCI) are proud to present Eric Kronberg of KronbergWall Architects as he shares urban redevelopment tools. He has developed some tools to overcome a range of zoning and financing obstacles only to get bogged down by building code and ADA requirements intended for new construction. Join the CNU Colorado and DCI as we showcase a roadmap to help folks work through building code hurdles for a typical, two-story main street type building. Eric will also share a companion presentation to provide an honest, in depth look at ADA requirements for renovations to existing buildings

The sales and customer service experience begins when a customer picks up the phone or walks in the door. Customers scrutinize how they are treated after the sale as much as they evaluate a business while making the decision to buy.
