DCI invites you to sponsor the 2013 Annual Conference and Governor’s Awards for Downtown Excellence to be held September 10-13, 2013 in Grand Junction, Colorado. Sponsorship Deadlines
Please note the below deadlines to ensure you maximize your sponsorship benefits!
May 25, 2013: Deadline for Inclusion in mailed flyer: We need your logo, completed sponsorship forms, and payments by May 25, to guarantee inclusion in our printed pre-conference mailed flyer. Logos and forms received after this date, or logos that are not received in the appropriate format, are not guaranteed inclusion in the flyer, but will be included in later marketing materials.
August 1, 2013: Deadline for guaranteed exhibitor space; inclusion in conference program: We need COMPLETE exhibitor forms from you by August 1, 2013 for planning the meeting space. This form includes requests for a table, electricity, additional space, etc. If you do not return the form by this date, we cannot guarantee space.
We need all ads and sponsorship payments from you by August 1, 2013 to be included in the conference program.
August 29, 2013: Sponsors should register for complimentary conference registrations by this date. Sponsors also have the option of providing any unused complimentary registrations for DCI to distribute as scholarships.
