Organizational Partner Tracks
We are thrilled to welcome back our organizational partners, Department of Local Affairs and Colorado Creative Industries, as well as welcome APA Colorado for the first time. Each organizational partner will be holding a 5-hour session track on Wednesday, September 11.
Conference attendees can choose to purchase a Wednesday-only registration or a full conference registration which includes entrance to your choice of the organizational partner tracks.

Who Attends?
Conference attendees include municipal officials, city managers, planners and community developers; architectural, planning and economic development consulting firms; investment bankers; attorneys; and representatives from Colorado Main Street communities, urban renewal authorities, downtown development authorities and business improvement districts. Rural, urban and suburban community leaders will all benefit. APA credits will be available for many conference sessions!
Conference Registration
All full conference registrations (both early-bird and standard) include attendance to all conference sessions, Thursday and Friday breakfasts, AND a complimentary ticket to the Governor's Awards for Downtown Excellence Gala on Thursday evening. Please note that SPACE IS LIMITED FOR GOVERNOR'S AWARDS GALA and you must confirm attendance when registering. There is an additional charge for those who wish to attend the Wednesday Networking Dinner or Thursday lunch-time Dine-Arounds.
All full conference registrations include attendance to the Wednesday tracks (Main Street, Creative Districts, and APA Colorado tracks). Those interested in attending only one of these tracks can purchase a Wednesday-only registration.

Governor's Awards for Downtown Excellence Gala
The 2013 Governor's Awards for Downtown Excellence nomination form is released! New categories this year include Best Creative Industry and Professional Service in Action Award. And, for the first time ever DCI members and conference attendees will be able to vote on their favorite projects and people!
Each year, the Governor's Awards for Downtown Excellence Gala serves as the highlight of our three-day conference. Held on Thursday, September 12, 2013 in the evening, the gala will celebrate the amazing projects and people that are committed to community revitalization in the State of Colorado.

Registration & Travel Scholarships
DCI offers reimbursable $100 travel and $200 registration grants to low-income, low-population communities with funding from a U.S.D.A. Rural Development grant. Travel grants can be used to reimburse eligible local governments for travel expenses, including mileage and hotel costs. Applicants that have been active in DCI membership through event attendance or technical assistance participation will be given preference. Download the

All cancellations or refund requests must be submitted in writing. Written cancellations received by August 10, 2013 will receive a full refund minus $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 20 will not receive a refund.
